As part of the INTERREG project, the proposal has been made to focus mainly on the issues of energy, water management and ecosystems, by combining all three issues on the same site.
- A heat network on the Integrated Development Zone (ZAC) supplied by the geothermal sources located near Luciline: ground water, water from the river Seine, spring waters, rain water, and wastewater. The principle consists in seeing all the sites for the transfer or storage of water area sources of either heat or cold.
- A natural rainwater management system in the sector, with a dual purpose: to create parks in the city centre not only serve as zones for the development of ecosystems, but also as storage areas for the infiltration of rainwater.
