Test phase of Adaptation Compass accomplished

The test phase of the Adaptation Compass has been finished. At the 9th working group meeting in Rouen (France) Future Cities working group members discussed the lessons learned and concluded how to finalise the tool. The tool will be presented and distributed at the Future Cities final event on 26-27 February 2013 in Hastings (UK).
